Tim is an expert in planning and executing cultural change projects. After having led a major cultural and organisational change project at s.e.t electronics AG, his family business, he developed a keen interest in this topic. He understands how important culture is to the success of a company and that a great company culture can truly be a game changer. Therefore, he started his own consulting business focusing on exactly this topic and regularly collaborates with Aesara Partners. Other areas of expertise are succession management, sales process management, change and turnaround management, strategic planning and leadership development in a B2B environment.
Tim holds a Bachelor and Master degree in business management. He is dedicated to lifelong learning and is always looking for opportunities to grow and develop. He started his career in sales and marketing working for companies such as Dräger, RICOH, Heidelberger Druckmaschinen and Saurer. From there he moved on to develop his career in consulting while simultaneously preparing himself to take over the family business as Managing Director. In this position he has led a team of 150 in total, based in Germany and Poland.
Tim’s expertise is predominately in the manufacturing industry and he has a good understand of lean production concepts . He is well versed in communicating and driving change with (temp) production workers as well as management. Tim has significant experience in leading workshops and bringing teams together.
