Océane has 20 years International experience in Auditing, Finance, Marketing, Retail /Wholesale Management and Executive Coaching. She has, throughout her experience, transformed organisations and led teams to turnaround businesses. Océane started her career with LVMH in 2001. As Global Internal Auditor, then Head of Internal Audit for the Americas and Canada, Océane led audit assignments on shared service centers, retail, call centers, logistics and manufacturing operations to improve process efficiencies and propose organisational changes. In 2006, Océane became Financial Controller South Europe at Louis Vuitton and in 2008, Finance and Operations Director Louis Vuitton France in charge of Finance, Logistics and Retail Operations for the subsidiary. Her passion for people development and management led Océane to transition to commercial roles after an MBA at INSEAD in 2009. From 2009 to 2016, Océane held various Retail Management roles at Louis Vuitton UK and South Africa. In 2016, Océane joined Salvatore Ferragamo, in charge of Retail & Wholesale UK & France where she was successively promoted to Retail Director Europe until she left the company in 2020 to dedicate herself to Coaching. Océane has a strong International experience. She lived and worked in the USA, Asia, the UK, the Netherlands, France and Ireland. Océane developed a high sense of people and conviction that leaders, teams and organisation mindsets are core to successful culture transformation or more simply, successful project roll out and implementation.

Océane is an Executive Coach accredited by the International Coach Academy and a Team coach (certification from TCGA in progress). Océane holds a Full Time MBA from INSEAD, a Masters in International Business and Finance from Paris Dauphine University and participated to numerous Leadership Development and High Potential Leadership Programs within LVMH.

Travelling : I have travelled to more than 50 Countries through Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe, the USA and Canada, always eager to discover new environments and learn from the local culture. 

Adventures: As mum of 3 princesses, I have tuned down, but have, without a doubt enjoyed incredible adventures from going through a Sky Diving Diploma, Helicopter Skiing in the Himalayas, Diving in Palau Pangkil, The Maldives, The Carabeans and Asia, Bungy Jumping from 134 metres in New Zealand, Para Gliding in the French Alpes, Gliding alone on a plane, to numerous years Horse Back riding; Trick Riding, Skiing and Waterskiing.
