Janet is an experienced Organisational Development professional with 15 years’ experience in Learning and Development, Organisational Development, Change Management, HR Business Partnering & Strategy and Statistical Analytics.  Passionate about people and organisational growth, Janet works towards implementing organisational and personal engagement and transformation projects through interventions that will enable sustainable growth.​

She worked in various multinational business in the FMCG industry including SABMiller, ABI and Danone, before starting the boutique consultancy, Fox Consulting. The company focuses on human capital transformation projects, engagement and value rollouts, cultural integration during mergers and acquisitions as well as leadership development. ​

Janet graduated with a degree in Business Mathematics and Informatics and then continued to complete her Masters Degree in Industrial Psychology. She speaks Afrikaans and English.​
