Gaëlle has 15 years of experience at Veolia, the world’s second largest environmental and waste management company. From 2001 to 2016, Gaëlle held several positions in different areas within the Group, firstly in Sales where she worked with National Industrial Key Accounts. She also set up and managed the Sales Administration department and then deployed the Marketing strategy for the South-West region in conjunction with the Country Management. ​

Passionate about everything related to the human being, Gaëlle made a reconversion in the field of personal development and psycho-corporal support in 2016. As part of her studies, she obtained a Certificate in Psycho-somatherapy and Integrative Coaching. Her coaching for individuals (Burn-Out, High Potential & Hypersensitivity, …) as well as for companies, is based on the foundations of a global approach apprehending the human being in all his dimensions (psychological, emotional and of course physical). ​

She also offers support programs to improve the Quality of Life and Health at work. Her recent missions :Team Building within the framework of Quality of Life and Health at Work improvement programs for various clients (CARSAT, Veolia, EDF, Renault Software Labs, Caisse d’Epargne, CBE du Net, Sogeti Part of CapGemini, …). Expertise in supporting people in Burn-Out in collaboration with the Association SOS Burn-Out France.​
