Andrés worked in different manufacturing industries in Alicante when he was young, moving to Madrid in 2013 to hold a management position in a multinational corporation, BNI (Business Network International) as the National Operations Manager, with special tasks in recruitment and training of team leaders. He started then being consistently trained in personal and professional development programs in different private business and leadership schools in Spain (2013-2020) and USA (2015), covering topics of coaching, emotional intelligence, patterns of behavioral styles, the Blue Ocean strategy or referral marketing strategies. Being more interested in the organization strategic vision, personal and professional values, marketing and differentiation systems, he became finally certified as a Coach in 2019 with the Association for Coaching (AC), running personal interviews and special trainings in groups. ​

He is especially passionate about people and personal relationships, as in teams leadership and management, with high doses of empathetic and listening skills. ​

His specialty is results achievement through people enhancing processes.​
